Early bird prices start at $2600 for a shared room and $2900 for a single. Good until September 15th!
What to expect:
Twice Daily Yoga Classes: A more active yoga practice will be offered in the morning, and a restful class in the afternoon. Each class will be themed around an element in nature and provide an opportunity for guided deep self-exploration. Chanting and guided breathwork will also be taught.
Nourishing Meals Prepared By A Private Chef: Enjoy delicious, healthy meals crafted to fuel your body and support your retreat experience, featuring fresh, local ingredients.
Adventure and Exploration: Experience the beauty of the surroundings with beach walks and the option to surf, snorkel, or paddleboard in the ocean.
Personal Growth and Reflection: Engage in meaningful self-reflection through journaling, yoga philosophy classes, and discussions.

Programming will include āsana, prāṇāyāma, philosophy teachings, and mantra, as well as nature walks, Ayurvedic meals, and relaxation time, all while nestled in the beauty of Vermont’s natural landscape. Unplug, renew, and reconnect!

Space is extremely limited. Single, double, and shared accommodations are available. A 50% deposit is due at registration, with the remaining balance due by 3/22/24. To register, complete the registration form and submit a 50% deposit by Venmo or check to Sofi.
Pricing:
Single Room - $975 | Double - $875 | Dorm style - $675
Registration price includes all programming, meals, and accommodations except for spa services. Spa services can be booked on an individual basis as desired at an additional cost.
About the venue:
Setu Vermont, located in Brattleboro, Vermont, provides an intimate retreat experience inspired by Indian culture. Lodging includes singles, doubles, and shared accommodations. In addition to the yoga shala (practice space), Setu provides Ayurvedic meals, hot tub and sauna access, nature trails, a fire pit, shared gathering spaces, and spa services.

Learn, grow, and play with me at the amazing Villa Playa Maria, nestled on the shores of the Caribbean. Prices start at $2500 for a shared room and $2800 for a single.
Each day, there will be three opportunities to practice yoga: a morning, afternoon, and evening session. The morning practice will be an āsana-based practice that will incorporate breathwork and meditation; the afternoon session is for those interested in exploring Sanskrit and yoga philosophy, and the evening sessions are a time for sharing and relaxation practices.
Dive deeply into your practice in a safe, fun, and supportive community as you bask in the sun and play in the waves at this magical retreat center.
A $500 nonrefundable deposit is needed to hold your spot.
